We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning you may be charged customs duties and taxes upon delivery.

Returns Policy

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with tags attached and in original packaging. Ready-to-wear items must not be altered, washed, or show signs of wear.

How to Return

  1. 01.Contact our customer service team at returns@sedon.com to initiate your return.
  2. 02.We'll send you a prepaid returns label (UK only) or provide instructions for international returns.
  3. 03.Pack your item securely in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. 04.Drop off at your nearest drop-off point or schedule a pickup.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10-14 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Special Items

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

Due to the custom nature of bespoke orders, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has begun. We encourage clients to attend all fitting appointments to ensure complete satisfaction. If issues arise during the fitting process, we'll work with you to make necessary modifications at no additional cost.

Sale Items

Sale items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable for returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
